Loan
Players who have spent a certain amount of time in the game and have previously used candy will be allowed to take out loans. The player's property will be taken as collateral, and in the case of serious violations, the account may be completely blocked until the debt is paid in full.
Loans will also be available in wrappers, but on more tolerant terms.
